Delete your RYV account
You can permanently delete your account yourself, in the app or on this website, without contacting anyone.
Steps
- Open the account page in the app or a browser and sign in.
- Scroll to the permanent deletion section and press its button.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then confirm.
Can’t sign in? Recover your account first, then delete it with the same steps.
Before you delete
- If a payout request is pending, wait for it to finish or cancel it first.
- Remaining coins and earnings are lost. The form shows the amount and asks you to agree to it explicitly.
- If you have a renewing subscription, cancel it first from the RYV+ page.
What is deleted
Your account, profile, clips, messages, interactions, open reports and device tokens. This cannot be undone after you confirm.
What is kept, and why
- Financial records the law requires us to keep, for the period it sets.
- An anonymous record proving the deletion was carried out.
- The two one-way ban-evasion fingerprints, deleted 90 days after they were last used.
