RYV child safety standards
RYV has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for any material depicting it (CSAM).
What we prohibit
Posting, streaming or sending anything that exploits or endangers minors is prohibited, including grooming, soliciting images and any sexual content involving them, in clips, lives, chat, private messages and profiles. Breaking this means the content is removed and the account suspended.
How to report
- In the app: from the menu of any clip, live, message or account choose “Report”, then the minor-safety reason, without leaving the app.
- Or through the contact page once signed in.
What we do
- Uploaded images and clips are checked before publishing against fingerprints of prohibited material. A match is not published, is quarantined, and alerts the review team.
- When we learn of such material we remove it, suspend the account and act under applicable law, including reporting to the competent authorities.
- No accounts under 13; 13–15 accounts are private by default and never in discovery; no streaming under 16; a parent can link a teen account through Family mode.
